š” How does it work?
1 Submit a request – Reach out using the contact form with your idea, color palette theme, size preference, and any personal inspiration or energy you'd like reflected and infused within the painting. Please add 3 words to describe the energy of the painting for ex.. "powerful, intense, ethereal" so I can channel that energy into the art.
2 Quote & timeline – I’ll get back to you with a price estimate and turnaround time (usually 3–5 weeks depending on the project).
3 Deposit – A non-refundable $85 deposit is required to start. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
4 The magic begins – I’ll keep you in the loop during the process and send photos when your new piece is complete.
5 Shipping – Your custom piece will be packed with care and shipped with a tracking number.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom piece. This secures your place on my commission list and covers materials and planning time.
Deposit amounts by size:

Small commissions ($170–$300): $85–$150 deposit

Medium commissions ($350–$600): $175–$300 deposit

Large commissions ($700–$2,000): 50% deposit of the total price (for example: $350 for a $700 piece, $1,000 for a $2,000 piece)
The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, so please be sure before committing to your custom piece.
š¦ Can I return or exchange a custom piece?
My custom work is final sale. I do not accept returns or exchanges on any commissions. If there’s damage during shipping, reach out within 10 days and we’ll work out a solution together.
